Josh Bjornstad
I am so very happy and honored to be coaching, mentoring and supporting such an awesome team such as SCTA. I have been in sports all my life, being competitive in track and field from age 10-college. I also have been a personal fitness trainer for the past 8 years, as well as a spin instructor. I first joined SCTA last season, in support of my lovely wife(Robyn) as she did NU2tri. I was hooked from then on. I am training this year for long course wildflower and my first Ironman in June! Go SCTA!!

Dave Liotta
I’m Dave Liotta, exercise physiologist and long time triathlete. I’m lucky enough to have experienced the triathlon phenomena from its earliest days. As a teen I was competitive enough to place 4th at the age group world championships while my history as a working adult includes four Ironman triathlons (some a bit slower than others!) I believe that the heart of triathlon is it’s limitless personal challenge. Still, experience has shown me that triathletes’ most rewarding efforts are achieved through thoughtful preparation involving other athletes and caring “mentors” (aka., coaches).
